When Carezhen processes PHI on behalf of a covered entity, we act as a Business Associate under HIPAA. PHI is handled only in accordance with the applicable Business Associate Agreement and our internal safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege access).

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with sub-processors that support platform operations under contract, when required by law, or with your explicit direction.
