Terms of Service — Carezhen

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Carezhen website and platform provided by Jseven Technologies LLC. By accessing our site or services, you agree to these Terms. Enterprise customers are additionally governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, which controls in the event of conflict.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Carezhen only in compliance with applicable law and any agreements with your organization. You may not reverse engineer the platform, circumvent security controls, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

The Carezhen platform, brand, documentation, and content are the property of Jseven Technologies LLC and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a signed order form.

5. Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the platform. We process customer data only to deliver the services and as permitted by the applicable agreement, including any Business Associate Agreement.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed practitioners. The website and services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind except those expressly stated in a signed agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carezhen and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Enterprise liability terms are set in the applicable Master Services Agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.
